Synergy Physical Therapy is an exceptional comprehensive rehabilitation facility for those seeking therapy services for their child. Established in 2005 by owners Cathy Howard, PT, and Laurie Rush-Nelson, PT, Synergy is dedicated to providing goal oriented and state-of-the-art physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy and social services. Treatment plans are designed to meet the individual needs of each client.
At Synergy, all of our therapists maintain up-to-date expertise in evaluation and treatment techniques. We focus on the special abilities and potential within each child. Our staff recognizes the importance of establishing a partnership with families to help their child excel.
Our mission at Synergy Physical Therapy of Odessa, L.P., is to provide interdisciplinary, goal oriented, state-of-the-art outpatient rehabilitation services to persons with physical disabilities and handicapping conditions who are residing in the local geographic area. By utilizing the interdisciplinary team approach, intervention will be provided to improve physical, cognitive, communicative, leisure, and vocational functional levels.
Our office is conveniently located in Odessa, just off of Eighth Street, between Tower Drive and Meadow Avenue. A large wheelchair accessible ramp is located on the east side of the building, in the Meadow Avenue parking lot. If special arrangements are necessary, please inform our staff, so that we may assist you.
Who may be seen?
Infants, children, teenagers, and young adults! We accept all patients from birth to 21 years of age.
What types of services are provided?
Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, and social services individualized to fit your child's needs.
When are you open?
Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with special extended hours upon request.

How do I make an appointment?
If your child has one of these diagnoses, or you suspect a problem, contact your physician to get a referral for an evaluation. Contact our office when you have this referral from your physician, and an appointment will be made for the appropriate evaluation.
